Kpro AfterSales was created to improve the entire after-sales part of the existing solution and to intermediate all processes for a tenant or buyer to rent or buy a house using features such as staircaising when it belongs to the Shared Ownership program. Offering checklist of actions, collection of articles, documents, and appliances. I was responsible for developing most of the API and also creating the automated test suite.

It has a dashboard with graphs of earnings, bookings and new customers monthly, as well as a conversation system via SMS (Twilio) to manage customer service. Exclusive module for Admin to manage all service providers and send notifications to customers. It has integrated authentication to Firebase, an onboard process for new users.

- Improved queue system to work in async mode, and even on beginning already get a result 500 times faster of response to the device.
- Rebuilt all backend core responsible for all calculations from the journey. It was necessary to create one job to each activity of business like request google Api, Overpass Api, and calculations of scores to speeding, acceleration, braking, harsh cornering, distraction.
